Our Personal Trainer has been highly trained by Premier Training International and is on the register of exercise professionals at its highest level, of REP's level 3. Now with 4 years experience in Personal Training Matt has chosen to dedicate his life to helping the public improve their Health and Fitness.
Our Beauty Therapist has been highly trained by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust. During her studies to become a Beauty Therapist she trained using beauty products for the face and body such as Dermologica, St Tropez and Creative.
